Har Share dabane par card ki ginti "sent N×" badhti hai, chahe message gaya ho ya nahi, isliye ginti ko delivery ka saboot mat maano. Education Material tab ka "Send to pt" har baar "Sent log recorded" hi dikhata hai; wahan se gaya ya nahi pata nahi chalta, isliye chart ke Explain wala raasta behtar hai.
Education share kiya par patient ko WhatsApp nahi mila, "Logged" aaya to kya kare?
"✓ Sent via whatsapp" (ya "sms") aaye to message gaya. "Logged. Link: …" aaye to message NAHI gaya, sirf entry bani. Wajah check karo: patient ke chart me phone number hai ya nahi, WhatsApp wallet me balance, clinic ka WhatsApp messaging chalu hai, aur patient ne messages band (opt-out) to nahi kiye. Theek karke dobara Share dabao.
