Payment page hi na khule aur laal box me "Payment gateway … is not configured …" ya "The server did not return a payment link …" aaye to ye aapki galti nahi — ORALZY support se baat karo. Recent purchases me Pack, Credit, Paid, Status, Date column hote hain. Mobile: WhatsApp Balance screen → pack → payment browser me → wapas aao, screen khud thodi der balance check karti hai.
WhatsApp pack ka payment kiya par balance nahi badha?
"Buy now →" ke baad payment naye tab me khulta hai aur panel 1 minute tak har 5 second balance check karta hai. Na bade to "🔄 Refresh" dabao aur neeche "📜 Recent purchases" me Status dekho: paid = jud gaya · pending = payment abhi confirm nahi · failed = nahi hua. Paisa kat gaya par pending hi rahe to ORALZY support ko batao — wo manually paid mark karke balance jod sakte hain.
