"📋 Recent" tab me status: "Pending" (abhi nahi bhara, 14 din ke andar — "Copy link" aur phone ho to "Re-send on WhatsApp" chalte hain), "Submitted" (bhar diya — "View answers"), "Expired" (14 din beet gaye). Purane link ki muddat badhane ka option nahi hai. "Form link invalid" = link poora copy nahi hua ya galat hai. Aisa link kholne par patient ki screen par "Please contact the clinic for a fresh link." bhi likha aata hai.
Intake form ka link "Link expired" ya "already submitted" kyu dikha raha hai?
Har intake link 14 din chalta hai aur sirf ek baar bhara ja sakta hai. 14 din baad patient ko "Link expired. Please request a new one from the clinic." dikhta hai; bhar chuke link ko dobara kholne par "already submitted". Dono me Setup → Settings → Clinic → Patient Intake Forms → "➕ Issue new" se naya link banakar bhejo.
