Naye phone number se aaya form naya patient banata hai jis par "intake-unverified" tag lagta hai; duplicate ho to Patient Care → Patients → Find Duplicates se merge karo. Koi bhi staff link bana sakta hai. Mobile: Public Intake Admin screen.
Patient Intake Forms link kaise bheje taaki patient ghar se form bhare?
Setup → Settings → Clinic → Patient Intake Forms: patient ka naam (optional) aur phone → "Generate intake link" → "Copy link" / "WhatsApp" / "Share" ya desk par QR scan. Patient bina login form bharta hai; link 14 din chalta hai.
