Jo patient WhatsApp Contacts me nahi hai uske messages kaise roke?

WhatsApp Contacts ke search me patient ka naam / number likho (kam se kam 2 akshar, pehla filter "All contacts") → table ke neeche "Patients matching — not in contacts yet" me patient dikhega → "⏸ Hold" ya "🚫 Inactive" → din / reason → "Save". Number contact ban jaata hai aur rok turant lag jaati hai.

Ye sirf web par hai — mobile app me contacts ke bahar ka patient nahi dikhta. Number me 10 digit se kam hon to "Enter a valid phone number". Wahi number pehle se contact ho to "Phone already exists — search it and use the buttons there". Rok poore number par lagti hai — us number wale ghar ke doosre patients ko bhi message nahi jaata. Patient file me "SMS DND" lagane se bhi rok lagti hai.
