Baad me on / off: chart → ✎ Edit patient details → "SMS DND" → "Off (messages allowed)" / "On (no SMS)" → "Save changes". Mobile register par "SMS DND — patient asked not to be sent SMS". Consent point 4.5 / 4.9 par "No" chunne se messages nahi rukte — rokne ka tareeka yahi DND hai.

Phone ke neeche "SMS DND" tick karne par ("🚫 SMS DND Active") us patient ke number par clinic ke patient messages — SMS aur WhatsApp dono — nahi jaate: reminder, recall, welcome, campaign sab ruk jaate hain. Patient message na chahe tab hi tick karo.
