Dhyan do: '→ …' button ke baad aane wale popups me 'Cancel' dabane se kaam nahi rukta — note / reference khaali maan liya jaata hai aur status phir bhi badal jaata hai; approved ya paid ke amount popup me Cancel dabaya to ₹0 likh jaata hai. Isliye button tabhi dabao jab sach me aage badhana ho, aur amount sahi bharo. Rejected aur paid ke baad koi button nahi aata. Ye claims sirf is register me hain — RGHS / CGHS ke asli bill, reimbursement aur bank milaan Billing → Insurance & RGHS → Scheme A/c me hote hain, un par is galti ka koi asar nahi. Mobile par bhi edit / delete nahi hai.

Govt Schemes page par claim ko edit, delete ya pichhle status par wapas karne ka button nahi hai. Galat 'draft' ko waise hi chhod do (wo 'draft' ginti me dikhta rahega) aur sahi claim naya banao — ye register kisi bill ya patient ke due ko nahi chhoota. Status galti se aage badh gaya (jaise '→ paid') to page se wapas nahi hoga; zaroori ho to ORALZY support se theek karwao.
