Ye rok jaan-boojh kar hai: chhoti JPG/PNG aksar software ke help/icon images hoti hain, aur bahut badi file CBCT volume hoti hai, jo bridge nahi bhejta. Ye 40 KB wali rok .rvg / .dcm jaisi X-ray files par nahi lagti. Do aur line aa sakti hain: "… is the software install folder, JPG/PNG files are not picked up from it" = galat (program) folder joda hai — sahi data folder jodo; "✖ Rejected … CBCT / multi-frame DICOM is not supported" = CBCT volume, bridge sirf RVG aur OPG leta hai. CBCT ke raw projection frames aur dose report bhi patient par nahi judte. Purane installation ki 25 MB limit app khud 60 MB kar deti hai, taaki 16-bit OPG DICOM na chhute. "Gave up" wali file ke liye net theek karo, phir owner/admin web par Setup → Integrations → Imaging Bridge (ORALINK) → "🕐 Fetch old files" se purani files mangwa sakte hain, ya file haath se patient chart me upload karo. Skip hui file PC par jaisi thi waisi rehti hai — kuch delete nahi hota.
Bridge log me "⚠ Skipped" aaya, X-ray upload kyun nahi hui?
X-ray Bridge Settings ke logs me "⚠ Skipped" ke saath wajah likhi hoti hai: "too small to be an X-ray" (40 KB se chhoti JPG/PNG — software ka icon), "> 60 MB limit (CBCT/volume guard)", "3D scan too large" (300 MB se badi STL/PLY/OBJ), ZIP me "no STL/PLY/OBJ inside". "Gave up on … after 5 tries" = 5 baar upload fail.
