Connected (ORALAB) lab ke case par "🔬 Lab-driven" likha ho tab bhi "Received" button hota hai — kaam aaye to clinic khud Received kar sakta hai. Mobile par yahi rule "Receive" button ka hai. Case list me hi na dikhe to upar "Filter:" me "All" chuno; "×" se cancel hua case 🗑️ Recycle Bin me hota hai (owner / admin). Beta clinics me lab ne bheja hua case "Lab work — did it arrive?" popup ya Patient chart → Lab me "Yes, received" se confirm hota hai. Lab menu hi na dikhe to Setup → Settings → Clinic → Modules me Lab on hai ya nahi dekho. Ye "Lab" add-on ka hissa hai — menu me na dikhe ya "Upgrade required" aaye to Setup → Plan & Help → Store se le sakte hain.
Lab Orders me case par "Received" button kyun nahi dikh raha?
"Received" button sirf Sent / In Progress case par aata hai. Case "Pending Dispatch" me ho to pehle "Send to Lab" (ya upar banner ka "✓ Sent to Lab") karo. Status pehle se Received ho (lab ne apni taraf se Sent / READY kiya) to row par "Delivered" dikhta hai. Delivered ya Cancelled case par Received nahi aata.
