Medit / 3Shape ki apni project files (jaise .meditMesh) seedhi nahi chalti — software se export karna padta hai. Badi ZIP ho to upper / lower / bite alag-alag STL bhejo. Mobile par file chunne ke baad hi "Upload" button chalta hai; galti "Upload failed" popup me dikhti hai. Mobile par "Patient ID (optional)" box me naam ya UHID likhne se upload fail ho sakta hai — box khaali chhodo (neeche mobile wali entry dekho).
Scanner Import me "Upload failed" ya "Unsupported format" kyu aata hai?
"Upload failed: Unsupported format .xyz…" = file ka type mana hai; Scanner Import sirf .stl .obj .ply .zip .3oxz .dcm leta hai. "Upload failed: File too large" = file 500 MB se badi hai. "Select a scan file (STL/OBJ/PLY/ZIP)" = file chuni hi nahi. Scanner software se STL / PLY / OBJ me export karo ya ZIP banao aur dobara "Upload Scan".
