Aur wajah: (1) "This is not a valid PDF file." = file ka naam .pdf hai par andar asli PDF nahi — PDF dobara banao. (2) "Skipped: 3D (CBCT) raw projection frame — not an X-ray…" ya "…radiation dose report…" = machine ne X-ray ke saath frame/report file bheji, wo image nahi hai. (3) Upload ka file-picker PDF aur .rvg file apni list me nahi dikhata — picker me "All files" chuno (kagaz scan karna ho to Windows app me "🖨️ Scan"). (4) Type "Auto" par JPG/PNG hamesha RVG ban kar save hota hai (DICOM apna type khud batata hai) — photo ya OPG ki JPG ho to upload se pehle dropdown me "Photo" / "Pano/OPG" chuno; baad me type badalne ka button nahi hai. (5) Upload ke baad tile na dikhe to filter "All" par karo. Upload clinic ka koi bhi login (receptionist bhi) kar sakta hai; Auditor login sirf dekh sakta hai.
X-ray ya photo upload nahi ho rahi, error aa raha hai?
X-ray/Scan ka "+ Upload" sirf JPG/PNG/GIF/BMP/TIFF/WEBP photo, DICOM (.dcm/.dicom/.rvg), PDF aur 3D (.stl/.ply/.obj) leta hai, ek file 300 MB tak. Doosri file par "This file type is not allowed." aata hai. Poora CBCT volume (multi-frame DICOM) par "CBCT / multi-frame DICOM is not supported…" — CBCT ka screenshot/JPG export upload karo aur type me "CBCT" chuno.
