Auto name (beta) me page padha na jaaye to file "Scanned document" naam se save hoti hai aur message aata hai "Could not read a name on this page — saved as "Scanned document". Use ✍️ Type name next time." Mobile par 20 MB se badi file par "File too large" aur fail hone par "Upload failed" ke saath wajah dikhti hai. Auditor login upload nahi kar sakta. iPhone ki HEIC photo browser chhoti na kar paye to "Image compress failed: …" ke baad "Upload failed" aata hai — use JPG me badal kar ya "📷 Camera" se dobara khinch kar upload karo.
