Sections → "Tooth Chart" ke "Other notes" tab wale note Visits me nahi aate — wo wahin dikhte hain. Aaj ka note upar "📋 Visit note" se khulta hai; purana note sudharna ho to us din ke card me "● Clinical Note" ke ⋯ → "✏️ Edit". Mobile app ke Visits tab me ye clinical note (case sheet) nahi dikhta — wahan "📝 Notes" (doosre notes) aur Rx ka "CC:" / "Dx:" aata hai.
Visits me save kiya clinical note kyu nahi dikh raha?
Visits me note us din ke card me aata hai jo note ki "Visit date" hai — card band ho to click karke kholo. Card par "● Clinical Note" tabhi dikhta hai jab note me Chief Complaint, HOPI, Provisional Dx ya Final Dx me kuch likha ho; sirf Investigation ya BP / vitals wala note card par nahi aata. "🗑️ Delete" kiya hua note bhi Visits se chhup jaata hai.
