Data safe hai: "Vitals" section (is patient ke liye khula Vital Signs page) me poori history aur naya entry dono hain; wahi page Treatment → Clinical → Rx & Vitals → Vital Signs par bhi hai. "📋 Visit note" me likhe BP, pulse, SpO₂, temp alag record (aaj ki case sheet) me jaate hain — wo Vitals page me nahi aate, case sheet print ke "VITAL SIGNS" me chhapte hain. Mobile ka vitals chip 30 din se purana ho to grey ho jaata hai aur tap karne par Vitals tab khulta hai.

Web chart ki sidebar ka "Vitals" box (BP / HR / Weight / Height) aur upar ka ❤️ BP chip abhi record kiye vitals nahi utha paate, isliye vitals bharne ke baad bhi ye nahi dikhte. Vitals dekhne / bharne ke liye chart → Sections → ⋯ More → Clinical → "Vitals" kholo. Mobile par patient summary card ka ❤️ chip (jaise "120/80 · 3d") sahi dikhta hai.
