Bahut purana data ho to neeche "There are older records — show more" — dabane par aur purane records aate hain; phir bhi had bhar jaye to "Loaded up to the server's max cap — there may be even older records not shown here." Sabse naya din aur jis din abhi kuch save hua wo card apne aap khulta hai; baaki par click karke kholo (▸ / ▾). Clinical note ki date galat ho to note ke ⋯ → "✏️ Edit" → "🗓️ Visit date" (purani date ke liye Back-dated Entry chalu chahiye).

Visits har cheez ko uski apni date se card me rakhta hai: treatment ki done / planned date, bill ki date, payment ki date, Rx ki date aur clinical note ki "Visit date". Isliye back-dated entry ya baad me liya payment apne din ke card me jaata hai, aaj wale me nahi. Jinki date khaali / kharab hai wo neeche "⚠ Undated records (N)" card me aate hain.
