Visits timeline: ek din me kai case-sheet note ho to saare dikhte hain (pehle sirf aakhri wala — subah ka emergency note shaam ke follow-up ke baad gayab ho jaata tha); note subah-se-shaam ke kram me; raat 12 se 5:30 ke note ab pichhle din me nahi jaate; jin records me date hi kharab hai wo "⚠ Undated records (N)" card me aate hain, girte nahi; bahut purana data ho to neeche "Purane records bhi hain — aur dikhao". Ab dikhte hain. V2 me Imaging me haath se upload kiye X-ray bhi aate hain, timeline me din ke saare notes (sirf aakhri nahi), "Undated records" card, "aur dikhao" button, Overview me Credit Notes card aur sidebar me Contact block.
