"🧾 Latest bill" = date ke hisaab se patient ka sabse naya final bill (draft ya cancelled nahi). Button par "Creating PDF…" kuch second rehta hai — beech me dobara mat dabao, warna patient ko do copy ja sakti hain. Safal hone par natije me file ka naam aata hai: Bill-<bill number>.pdf, OPD-Card-<UHID>.pdf, Case-Sheet-<UHID>.pdf — isi se pakka karo ki sahi kagaz gaya. WhatsApp na juda ho to wajah aati hai "WhatsApp is not connected for this clinic…", ya clinic "own number" par set hai par number juda nahi. Upload fail ho to "Could not upload the PDF to WhatsApp — …". Sheet kehti hai: "A PDF cannot go from your own phone — for now, print it and hand it over."
Bill, OPD card ya case sheet ki PDF WhatsApp par nahi gayi to kya kare?
PDF sirf WhatsApp se jaati hai, SMS se kabhi nahi. Sheet ki wajah padho: "This patient has no final bill — create the bill first, then send it." (pehle bill banao), "The server is busy making another PDF. Try again in a minute." (minute baad), "The PDF engine (Chrome) is not running on this server. Print it and send instead." (print karke do), ya WhatsApp juda nahi / balance ₹0. "📱 Send from your own phone" se PDF nahi jaati — print karke patient ko do.
