Har file chhote samay ke liye bane secure link se khulti hai — link na bane to preview nahi dikhta. Clinic ne Google Drive joda ho to file Drive me save hoti hai aur clinic ke Google account se login karne par hi khulti hai; tab tile par preview na dikhna normal hai. PDF ki tile par 📕 aur baaki files par 📄 icon aata hai, sirf photo ka thumbnail dikhta hai. Mobile: More → Docs → "📄 Documents" me row ke download icon se file khulti hai; photos "🩻 Imaging" sub-tab me tap karke bade dikhti hain.
Docs me document khul nahi raha ya "Preview unavailable" dikh raha hai?
Document ki tile par click karne se wo naye tab me khulta hai. Photo ki tile par "Creating secure link…" ho to kuch second ruko; "🔒 Preview unavailable" (secure link not available) ya "Could not get a secure link for this file — it cannot be opened right now. Refresh the page and try again." aaye to page refresh karke dobara kholo. Naya tab na khule to browser me site ke pop-ups allow karo.
