Ek link par ek hi baar rating hoti hai; dobara kholne par "You already rated us" aata hai. Galat ya adhura link ho to "Link unavailable" aur "This link is not valid or has expired." aata hai. Link ke liye patient ko login nahi karna padta. Google par review likhna ya na likhna patient ki marzi hai — app sirf Google page tak le jaata hai.
Review link kholne par patient ko kya dikhta hai?
Patient ke phone par clinic ka naam aur 5 star aate hain. 4 ya 5 star dabaye to "Thank you!" aur Google link set ho to "Redirecting you to share this on Google…" ke baad Google review page khulta hai. 1 se 3 star par "We are sorry to hear that" aur comment box aata hai, "Send to Manager" dabane par feedback sirf clinic ko jaata hai.
