Nahi. App Google par aaye reviews na padhta hai na unka reply karta hai — reply Google Business Profile (Google Maps / Search) me khud karo. App ka kaam hai patient se rating lena, 4-5 star wale ko Google review page par bhejna, aur 1-3 star wale ka comment privately Reviews page par dikhana.
