Countdown tab aata hai jab portal ka TID is patient ke OPD / Day-Care number se mile, ya kisi ne TID is patient se joda ho. Pehle TID patient par juda hi nahi hota tha isliye countdown khaali rehta tha — ab agar portal ka koi TID abhi kisi patient se juda nahi aur uska naam is patient ke naam se milta hai, to card puchhta hai "Portal has TID … for "…" — is it this patient?" aur "Yes, link to this patient" button deta hai. Card sirf RGHS patient aur RGHS-chalu clinic me dikhta hai; ↻ se taaza karo.
Patient ke profile me RGHS deadline ka countdown kahan dikhta hai?
Patient chart → ✏️ Edit patient details → "Govt / TPA scheme patient?" (scheme RGHS) → "Where the RGHS claim is" card ke sabse upar: "⏳ <kya baaki> · TID … · N hours left" (ya "deadline passed"), query ho to uska text bhi. 12 ghante se kam bache to laal. Mobile: patient → ✏️ → "Edit Patient Info" me wahi card.
