Jab portal par TID ka status "Beneficiary Identification Completed" (BIS ho gaya) par aage pre-auth / claim shuru nahi hua, to RGHS us TID ko 3–7 din me kabhi bhi delete kar sakta hai — app 3 din maan kar chalta hai. Ghadi TID ke "Created On" din se chalti hai; 48 ghante par hospital ko WhatsApp "BIS ko N din ho gaye, pre-auth / claim shuru nahi hua — RGHS TID delete kar sakta hai".
