Har row me samay, status (jaise "Registered on portal", "Pre-auth approved", "Claim to be submitted by hospital", "🔔 Query raised", "Claim approved", "✅ Payment released", "Claim rejected", "⚠️ Portal said something new") aur neeche portal ke apne shabd ("portal: …"); query / reject / naye status wali row par "Seen" dabane se alert band hota hai, aur "full history (N)" se poori list khulti hai. Chalti deadline sabse upar ⏳ line me ("N hours left" ya "deadline passed"), query ho to uska text bhi. Status tabhi aata hai jab portal ka TID is patient ke OPD / Day-Care number se mile, ya TID is patient se joda gaya ho (card par "Yes, link to this patient", ya Bank milaan me bill chunte waqt). Khaali ho to "No portal status found for this patient yet." — Setup → Integrations → RGHS Claim Tracking me dekho ki tracker PC on aur RGHS logged-in hai. Hinglish screen par card ka naam "RGHS claim kahan pahuncha" aur button "Dekh liya" hai. Mobile: patient → ✏️ → "Edit Patient Info" me wahi card.
RGHS claim ka status app me kaise dekhu, portal kholna padega?
Patient chart → ✏️ Edit patient details → "Govt / TPA scheme patient?" (scheme RGHS) → "🏥 Scheme numbers" card ke neeche "Where the RGHS claim is" ("auto from portal") card. Clinic ke tracker PC ka ORALZY desktop app RGHS portal ka "Transaction ID Tracker" padhta hai (9 AM–8 PM har 3 minute), aur jis TID ka number is patient ke OPD / Day-Care number se mile uska status yahan aata hai — sabse upar deadline ka countdown bhi. Tracker PC band ya RGHS login khatam ho to naya status nahi aata.
