Jab us template ka asli text app me jud jaata hai, rows me wahi text dikhta hai aur warning hat jaati hai. Ye templates ORALZY ke SMS sender (header ORALZY) ke hain — gadbad lage to Sent Log ka "🧾 SMS template status" dekho aur ORALZY support ko batao. WhatsApp aur Email rows par ye warning nahi aati.
Sent Log me SMS row par "this is the text we wrote" warning kyu aati hai?
SMS (DLT) ka asli text mobile operator apne approved template se banata hai, app ke likhe text se nahi. Jab app ke paas us template ka asli text nahi hota, row par "⚠ this is the text we wrote — what the patient received is not certain" aata hai. Row kholo: "These values went into the template: {1} … {2} …" me wo values hain jo patient ke SMS me bhari gayi.
