"Make active" sirf clinic ki lagayi rok hatata hai. Patient ne khud STOP bheja ho ("🚫 Stopped by patient (STOP)") to button nahi aata aur app bhi mana karta hai — ye app se wapas chalu nahi hota, ORALZY support se baat karo (patient ki likhit sahmati ke saath). Patient file me "SMS DND" On ho to wo alag rok hai — use patient file se hi Off karna padta hai. Rok hatne ke baad hi us contact ko delete kiya ja sakta hai (owner / admin).
Galti se Hold ya Inactive kar diya, messages wapas kaise chalu kare?
Patient Connect → WhatsApp → WhatsApp Contacts → number search karo → row par "▶ Make active". Us number par turant messages dobara jaane lagte hain aur pehle wala status (opted-in / pending) wapas aa jaata hai. Mobile: contact ke ⋮ → "▶ Make active". Hold apni tareekh ke baad khud khatam ho jaata hai.
