Upar "📇 Contact book" card par Total / Consented / Consent pending / Opted out ki ginti aur sabse zyada tags. Ye patient list nahi hai: patient register karne se contact nahi banta; contact ka number kisi patient se mile to wo us patient se jud jaata hai. Search naam ya kisi bhi format ke number ("98765 43210", "+91…") se likhte hi chalta hai. Contact chunkar "Create Audience" se list bana sakte ho. Mobile: "Contacts" aur "Lists" do tab.

Patient Connect → WhatsApp → WhatsApp Contacts (WhatsApp hub ka "Contacts" tab) clinic ke WhatsApp numbers ki list hai — campaign isi se chalta hai aur kisi number ke messages yahin se roke jaate hain. Contact apne aap bhi bante hain (patient ke WhatsApp karne par, campaign me app ke patient chunne par, lead form se, API Keys wale connection se) aur haath se bhi ("📤 Contacts upload (Excel / CSV)", "+ Add Contact").
