WhatsApp Contact book me Excel / CSV contacts kaise upload kare?

Patient Connect → WhatsApp → Contacts → "📇 Contact book" → "📤 Contacts upload (Excel / CSV)". Ek baar upload karo (ek file me 12,000 tak), phir har campaign me "📇 Saved contacts" se chuno. "⬇ Sample Excel (.xlsx)" / "⬇ Sample CSV" se format lo.

Columns: name, mobile, tag (kisi bhi order me). Excel (.xlsx / .xls) seedha chalta hai — pehli sheet padhi jaati hai, mobile number 9.88E+09 nahi banta. Jo number pehle se app ke patient ka hai wo usi se jud jaata hai, naya nahi banta. Card par Total / Consented / Consent pending / Opted out dikhta hai. Campaign wizard me: "📇 Saved contacts" (sab / tag / upload list), ya filter se app ke patients (scheme, tag, shehar, gender, umar), ya patient chuno. Message sirf unhe jaata hai jinki WhatsApp sahmati (opt-in) record hai; STOP / opted-out ko kabhi nahi.

Quick steps

  1. Patient Connect → WhatsApp → Contacts kholo
  2. "⬇ Sample Excel (.xlsx)" download karke usi format me list banao
  3. "📤 Contacts upload (Excel / CSV)" se file chuno
  4. Campaign banate waqt "📇 Saved contacts" se ye list chuno
