Forgot Password OTP ke liye staff ka mobile number kaha bhare?

Setup → Admin → Security → "Staff Contact" tab → staff ki row par "Edit" → "Mobile (with country code)" (jaise +9198XXXXXXXX), "Email", "OTP Channel" (WhatsApp / SMS / Both) → "Save". Login page par "Forgot" tab se password reset karne par OTP isi number par jaata hai.

Jis staff ka mobile "missing" (laal) dikhe wo khud password reset nahi kar sakta. Ye tab sirf owner / admin ke liye kaam karta hai — baaki ko list khaali milti hai ("No users — login as admin first"). Yahan sirf contact badalta hai; role ya password User Management me badlo. OTP 6 ank ka hota hai aur naya password kam se kam 6 akshar ka.

Quick steps

  1. Setup → Admin → Security kholo
  2. "Staff Contact" tab
  3. Staff ki row par "Edit"
  4. Mobile, Email, OTP Channel bharo → "Save"
