Ye kisi ek clinic ki setting nahi — server par ORALZY ise band / chalu karta hai, taaki galti se bahut saare message na chale jaayen. Chart ke Send message sheet par "Messaging is off right now (emergency stop). It has to be turned on from Settings." aa sakta hai — clinic ki kisi Settings se ye nahi khulta. Patti ki "→" line me server ka technical fix likha hota hai, wo ORALZY ke liye hai. Khulne par row me "Open — messages can go out." dikhta hai; "Check again" dabakar dekho. Clinic apne automatic message khud rokna chahe to Setup → Settings → Auto Messages → Patient Messages (on/off) aur WhatsApp → Campaigns ka "Marketing campaigns" switch use karo.
Messaging emergency stop kya hai aur ye kab khulega?
Ye ORALZY ke server ka master switch hai. Band ho to WhatsApp hub ki patti 🔴 "WhatsApp is off — messages are not going out." aur "Full check" me "Messaging emergency stop" ❌ "OFF — every message stops here (except OTPs)." — tab login OTP chhod kar koi WhatsApp ya SMS patient ko nahi jaata. Clinic ise khud nahi khol sakti; ORALZY support se baat karo.
