Kisi ek booking par message na bhejna ho to booking me phone number khaali chhodo — ye sirf naam se ki gayi booking me ho sakta hai; list se chuna gaya patient ho to phone apne aap bhar jaata hai aur box band rehta hai. Jis patient ne STOP / opt-out kiya hai use message nahi jaata. Setup → Settings → Auto Messages → Patient Messages (on/off) ki list me booking confirmation shaamil nahi hai — wahan ke switch reminder, birthday, review jaise messages ke liye hain. Ye kami report ki gayi hai.
Booking confirmation message patient ko na jaaye, ye band kaise kare?
Abhi aisa koi switch nahi hai jo booking confirmation ko poori tarah band kare. Patient Connect → WhatsApp → WhatsApp Connection → "Settings" me "Auto send on Appointment Booked" OFF karne se sirf us computer / browser ka ek extra message rukta hai — app ka apna confirmation phir bhi jaata hai. Mobile ka "Appointment booked" toggle kuch nahi badalta.
