Your keyword replies pill me: "+ New Rule", "🧪 Test Matcher", "Quick start from preset:" ke 5 button aur rules ki table. Badlav sirf owner / admin; baaki staff dekh sakte hain. Phone ke browser me upar pills ki jagah "WhatsApp section" dropdown aata hai — usme "Auto-Reply" chuno. Mobile app me bhi isi raaste par wahi do pill hain.

"Built-in commands" (pehle khulta hai) = taiyaar bot: patient BOOK, BILL, RX, NEXT, CANCEL jaise shabd bheje to uske apne record se turant jawab — Master switch se chalu hota hai. "Your keyword replies" = aapke apne rules: chuna hua shabd aaye to aapka likha text jaata hai (asli WhatsApp par abhi sirf beta clinics me).
