Switch on hone par patient save hote hi uske number par welcome + UHID wala message (SMS / WhatsApp, jo clinic ke liye chalu ho) background me jaata hai — registration isse rukti nahi. Message na pahunche to dekho: switch on hai?, number sahi 10-digit hai?, DND tick to nahi?, us number par kisi family member ka DND to nahi? Calendar slot se registration par appointment-booked WhatsApp alag se jaata hai. Mobile par switch: Setup → Settings → Auto Messages → Patient Messages (on/off).
Naye patient ko register hote hi welcome message ya UHID kyun nahi gaya?
Welcome message apne aap tabhi jaata hai jab owner/admin ne Setup → Settings → Auto Messages → Patient Messages (on/off) me "Welcome message + UHID when a new patient is registered" on kiya ho — ye switch shuru me OFF hota hai. Patient ka "SMS DND" tick ho to bhi nahi jaata.
