"Review" ke baad form bhara hi rehta hai — Patient Care → Patients → Patient List me naam / phone / UHID se search karke purana record kholo; wahi patient ho to naya mat banao. Alag insaan ho (jaise family member) to "Create anyway". Agar same patient galti se do baar ban gaya to Patient Care → Patients → Find Duplicates se merge karo. Net ki wajah se ye check fail ho jaaye to registration nahi rukti. Same number par naam kaafi alag ho to ye popup nahi aata — seedha "Already registered" aata hai. Mobile: "⚠️ Possible Duplicate" → "Review" / "Continue".

"Save Patient ✓" dabate hi app same phone, same DOB aur milte-julte naam wale purane patients dhoondhta hai. Mel mile to "⚠️ Possible duplicate" me unka naam, UHID, phone aur wajah (📞 Same phone, 🎂 Same DOB, ✍️ Name % similar) dikhti hai. "Review" = ruk jao (kuch save nahi hota), "Create anyway" = phir bhi naya patient banao.
