Same patient (UHID) ko same lab me dobara bhejne par pehle har baar naya case banta tha. Ab app pehle se khula case (pending / sent / in-progress) dikhata hai. Agar wo case kabhi bheja hi nahi gaya tha (draft — "the lab cannot see it yet"), to button "Add to this case and send it to the lab (recommended)" hota hai — draft bhi lab ko chala jaata hai. Ye Send scan to lab aur Treatment → Lab → "+ New Order" dono par hota hai, web aur mobile.
"This patient already has an open case with this lab" kyun aata hai?
Ek patient ka ek lab me ek hi khula case rehta hai, taaki lab ke paas duplicate case na bane. Message aaye to "Add to this case (recommended)" chuno — files + nayi baat usi case ki chat me jaati hai. Sach me alag kaam ho to "Different work — make a separate case".
