"Save Patient ✓" ke baad: UHID banta hai, "Registration Form" print ke liye khulta hai ("Print" / "Close" — Close par naye patient ka chart), "Collect fee now" tha to fee ka paid bill + payment banta hai, aur chart ki sidebar me "🔒 Registered by <naam>" likh jaata hai.
