Clinic ne case abhi bheja hi nahi to "The clinic has not sent this case to the lab yet — wait for the clinic to press "Send to Lab"." Return parcel (bus / person / courier) ka form bhi yahin — "Save & notify clinic" se case khud "Sent" ho jaata hai. Case chat me "Reply to clinic…" ke saath 📎 se photo / file bhi bhej sakte ho. Bheje hue case neeche "▸ Sent (N)" me. Mobile: "Lab Login" → case → same buttons.
Purane Lab App me case Accepted, Working ya Sent kaise mark kare?
oralzy.com/lab-app → case kholo → "Accepted" / "Working" / "Finishing" / "Sent" button → confirm "Mark as … ? The clinic will be notified." → clinic ko turant status dikhta hai. Ho chuke stage par ✓ lag jaata hai aur button band; "Sent" ke baad "✅ You have already sent this case to the clinic… No need to press a stage again."
