Patient Requests aur Online Bookings me kya farak hai?
Patient Requests (Today → Patient Requests) = patient ne clinic ke WhatsApp message ka button dabaya ("Appointment chahiye", "Dard ho raha hai", "Pay karna hai"…) — isme koi date / time nahi hota, clinic ko call karke tay karna hai. Online Bookings (Today → Calendar → Online Bookings) = patient ne clinic ke booking link ya patient app / portal se khud date aur time chun kar request bheji.
