Reschedule: koi naya appointment nahi banta; sirf date / time / chair / doctor badalta hai, aur history me alag "rescheduled" entry nahi banti. Cancel: reason + cancel ka samay save hota hai, status change audit log me jaata hai, patient ka risk score dobara banta hai, aur khaali slot ke liye waitlist / open-slot filler chalta hai ("Promote next waitlist patient?" pooch sakta hai). Cancelled appointment ko drag karke wapas nahi la sakte — naya book karna padta hai. Cancelled patient Patient Care → Patients → Missed Patients ki "Cancelled" list me (cancelled aur dobara book nahi hua) dikhte hain. No-show alag hai: wo bhi Cancelled ginta hai par patient ko message nahi jaata.
Appointment reschedule aur cancel me kya farak hai system me?
Reschedule (Calendar me drag / mobile "Reschedule") = wahi appointment naye time par shift, status wahi rehta hai, purana slot khud khaali, patient ko koi message nahi. Cancel = status Cancelled, kam se kam 5 akshar ka reason zaroori (NABH), slot khaali, patient ko "appointment cancelled — dobara book karein" wala message apne aap jaata hai, aur Cancel by Reason report me ginta hai.
