Note me sirf galti theek karni ho to delete ki zarurat nahi — note edit karke save karo. Treatment delete sirf owner / admin kar sakte hain; note delete doctor / admin / owner. Bill se juda note ho to "Cannot cancel a billed case sheet" aata hai. Switch OFF (Setup → Settings → Clinical → Treatment Order (Clinical Note first)) ho to ye note wala lock nahi lagta, par treatment ka bill wala lock hamesha rehta hai. Switch sirf owner / admin badal sakte hain.
Treatment Order ON hai to clinical note delete kyu nahi ho raha?
Strict mode ON par us din ke note ko tab tak delete nahi kar sakte jab tak us din ka treatment (plan / done / us din bana) maujood hai. Error: "TT chain: "<treatment>" (<status>) still exists on this visit. Delete the treatment first (for a done TT, delete its bill first), then the clinical note can be deleted." Kram: pehle bill → phir treatment → phir note.
