Note ka status cancelled ho jaata hai aur Visits me nahi dikhta. Dhyan: hataya hua note abhi bhi case sheet print me aa sakta hai, isliye galat text ho to delete se pehle "✏️ Edit" se sudhaar do. Wapas laane ka button chart me nahi hai — aaj ka note galti se hataya ho to "📋 Visit note" se dobara likh do (ye sirf aaj ke din ka note likhta hai); purane din ka zaroori / medico-legal record ho to ORALZY support se restore karwao. Note hataana sirf doctor / admin / owner kar sakte hain (doosre login par "Forbidden: insufficient role"). Bill bana case sheet nahi hatta: "Cannot cancel a billed case sheet". Setup → Settings → Clinical → Treatment Order (Clinical Note first) chalu ho aur us visit par treatment abhi bhi ho to delete ruk jaata hai — error kehta hai pehle treatment hatao (done treatment ho to pehle uska bill). Tooth Chart → Other notes ka 🗑 alag hai — wo asli delete hai aur sirf owner / admin.
Visit ka clinical note galti se delete kar diya, kya data hamesha ke liye gaya?
Nahi — ye soft delete hai: Visits me card ke "● Clinical Note" ⋯ → "🗑️ Delete" → "Remove clinical note" me "Remove" dabane par note sirf Visits timeline se chhupta hai, record mitta nahi. Confirm khud kehta hai: "Remove this visit's clinical note? (data is not deleted, only hidden from the timeline)".
