Doctor delete kare to "Delete failed: Forbidden: DELETE restricted to owner/admin/super_admin" aata hai — owner / admin se hatwao ya note edit karke sudhaar do. Delete ke baad note wapas nahi aata. Web edit me Type, Title aur text teeno badalte hain. Mobile: Notes tab me note par long-press → Edit (sirf text) / Delete. Web par likha note mobile se edit karo to web ki list me purana text dikhta reh sakta hai — web ka note web se hi badlo.
Other note galat likh gaya, edit ya delete kaise kare?
Tooth Chart → "Other notes" tab → note ke upar-daaye "✎" → drawer me sudhaaro → "Update note". Hatana ho to "🗑" → "Delete this note?" → OK → "Note deleted". Edit doctor / admin / owner kar sakte hain; delete sirf owner / admin.
