Ye "📋 Visit note" se alag hai — complaint / diagnosis wala aaj ka note Visit note me jaata hai. Other note Smart case sheet ke "CLINICAL NOTES" section me date ke saath chhapta hai. Drawer galti se band ho jaaye to dobara kholne par "An unsaved note from this device was found. Restore it?" aata hai. Naye patient (koi treatment nahi) par Tooth Chart pehle "Start charting the dentition…" dikhata hai — tab Visit note use karo. Likhna sirf doctor / admin / owner; "Voice" button Chrome / Edge me chalta hai. Mobile: More → Records → "Notes" → "+" → "New Clinical Note" (Clinical / SOAP / Phone / Lab / Other, "Title (optional)", "Note *") → "Save Note"; net na ho to "Saved offline".
Phone call, lab ya SOAP wala alag note (Other note) kaise likhe?
Patient chart → Sections → "Tooth Chart" → list ke upar "Other notes" tab (ya neeche "Progress notes" card) → "Add note" → Type (Clinical observation / SOAP note / Phone call / Lab work / Other), Title, Note ("Voice" se bol kar bhi) → "Save note". Ek din me kitne bhi aise note ban sakte hain.
