Save ke baad Visits me us din ke card par "● Clinical Note" dikhta hai aur Case Sheet print ke Chief Complaint, Examination, Diagnosis aur Vital Signs section isi se bharte hain. "+ Treatment" drawer ka "📋 Visit note (today)" section bhi isi note me likhta hai — wahan Setup → Settings → Clinical → Clinical & Rx Presets wale chips bhi milte hain. Likhna sirf doctor, admin ya owner ke login se; baaki role par "Save failed: Forbidden: insufficient role". Field samajh na aaye to form ke upar "🧭 Which field to fill when? (simple guide)" kholo. Mobile: patient kholo → toolbar "Notes" → wahi "📋 Visit note — today" → "💾 Save".
Aaj ke visit ka note (chief complaint, diagnosis) kaise likhe?
Patient Care → Patients → Patient List se patient kholo → upar "📋 Visit note" (ya ⋯ More actions → "📋 Visit note (today)"). "📋 Visit note — today" me Vital Signs, Full Oral Examination, Chief Complaint + "Since (how many days)", HOPI, Extraoral, Intraoral, Clinical Findings, Investigation, Provisional / Differential / Final Diagnosis bharo → "💾 Save". Toast aata hai "✓ Clinical notes saved — today's visit (Visits tab)".
