Switch ON hone ke baad bhi message tab hi jaata hai jab: plan abhi bhi sirf Presented ho aur "EMI follow-up trigger — days after presented" (default 7) se purana ho, plan ka total ₹0 se zyada ho, patient ka phone ho aur patient DND / STOP par na ho. Ek plan ko dobara message kam se kam 7 din baad hi jaata hai. Sweep roz subah 10:00 IST chalta hai. Page ka likha "Daily 10:00 IST cron auto-sends" switch OFF hone par sach nahi hota.
Stale Plans me likha hai roz 10:00 auto EMI jaata hai, par patient ko message nahi gaya?
Auto EMI follow-up DEFAULT OFF hai. Setup → Settings → Auto Messages → Patient Messages (on/off) me "Pending treatment-plan follow-up — EMI offer + UPI pay-link (daily 10:00 AM)" ON karo; saath me Setup → Settings → Billing → Bill Settings (GST, UPI, bank) me UPI ID aur "Show Case Acceptance Meter to dentists" ON hona chahiye.
