Photos login ke peeche surakshit rehti hain, isliye har photo ke liye thodi der ka link banta hai. Wo na bane to thumbnail ki jagah ye message aata hai aur dono photo chunne par bhi collage nahi banta. Refresh ke baad bhi na chale to dobara login karke try karo, warna ORALZY support ko batao. Photo list hi khaali ho ("No clinical photos uploaded for this patient yet…") to photo patient ke Documents me "Clinical Photos" category me daalni padti hai — dekho collage photos wali entry. Patient list me naam na mile to "Patient" box me naam, phone ya UHID likho (bina search ke sirf pehle 50 dikhte hain).
Before / After me "🔒 Preview unavailable" ya secure link error kyu aata hai?
Photo tile par "🔒 Preview unavailable — couldn't get secure link" ya preview me "Couldn't get a secure photo link — collage not created. Refresh the page and try again." ka matlab photo ka surakshit link nahi ban paya. Page refresh karo aur patient dobara chuno. "Getting secure link…" thodi der me khud chala jaata hai.
