"Demo account cannot perform destructive actions" = demo login me cancel band hai. Cancel ka option hi nahi dikh raha = bill pehle se Cancelled ya Credited hai. Cancel button sabko dikhta hai, isliye receptionist ko ye error aata hai — doctor / owner se karwao; galti se bana bina-paise wala bill ho to receptionist bhi "Delete" (Recycle Bin) kar sakti hai. PIN bhool gaye to admin Setup → Admin → Users & Policy → Action Guard me aapke naam ke aage "Re-issue PIN" dabata hai.
Bill cancel par "Forbidden: insufficient role" ya reason ka error kyu aata hai?
"Forbidden: insufficient role" = aapka login receptionist / assistant jaisa hai — bill sirf owner, admin ya doctor cancel kar sakte hain. "Cancellation reason must be at least 5 characters (NABH compliance)" = wajah kam se kam 5 akshar ki likho. "PIN not accepted — bill NOT cancelled." = PIN galat tha ya PIN box band kiya, bill waise ka waisa hai.
