Saved contacts me kuch na chuno to saare contacts (opt-out ko chhod kar) aa jaate hain. Neeche "👥 N contact · M with consent recorded" dikhta hai — message sirf consent wale M logon ko jaata hai. Upload ke waqt consent tick nahi kiya tha to yahan list banate waqt consent box tick kar sakte ho (STOP walon par kabhi lagu nahi hota). Ek baar upload kiye contacts har campaign me dobara kaam aate hain. Contacts na hon to wizard batata hai: "No contacts saved yet. Add all your contacts once from "📤 Contacts upload (Excel / CSV)" …". Upload ki poori vidhi (sample file, 20,000 tak rows) WhatsApp Contacts wali entry me hai.
Excel list wale numbers ko WhatsApp campaign kaise bheje?
Excel campaign wizard me upload nahi hoti. Pehle Patient Connect → WhatsApp → WhatsApp Contacts → "📤 Contacts upload (Excel / CSV)" se file ek baar upload karo (consent tick ke saath). Phir WhatsApp Campaigns → "+ New Campaign" → step 2 me "📇 Saved contacts" → "By upload / list" me wo upload ya "By tag" me tag chuno → "Create list (N) →".
