Recare campaign me Channel "SMS" ya "Both" chunne par kya hota hai?
Abhi "SMS" chunne par campaign koi message nahi bhejta, par fir bhi har patient ko "Sent" me gin leta hai — isliye SMS mat chuno. "Both" alag se SMS nahi bhejta — "WhatsApp" jaisa hi chalta hai: message clinic ki messaging setting ke raaste jaata hai (shared number wali clinic me pehle WhatsApp, na jaaye to SMS fallback ki koshish). Channel hamesha "WhatsApp" rakho.
