Mobile app se patient ko intake form ka link ya QR kaise de?

Mobile: Setup → Settings → Clinic → Patient Intake Forms → "➕ Issue new" → "Patient name (optional)" ya "Phone (for WhatsApp)" bharo → "Generate intake link" → "✅ Link ready" card me QR (patient apne phone camera se scan kare), "Copy", "Share" (WhatsApp / SMS jaisi koi bhi app) aur phone diya ho to "WhatsApp".

Naam aur phone dono khaali hon to "Need a hint" aata hai. "📋 Recent (N)" tab me neeche kheench kar (pull) list taaza karo; har row par status, "Copy link", "Re-send on WhatsApp" aur bhare form par "View answers". Net na ho to Recent khaali dikh sakta hai — refresh karo. Koi bhi staff link bana sakta hai. Dhyan: "Issue new" se bane link par abhi patient ke "Submit form" par error aata hai (app ki kami) — ORALZY support ko batayein.

Quick steps

  1. App me Setup → Settings → Clinic → Patient Intake Forms kholo
  2. "➕ Issue new" me naam ya phone likho
  3. "Generate intake link" dabao
  4. QR dikhao ya "Share" / "WhatsApp" se link bhejo
