Nahi — Custom Forms clinic ke andar staff hi screen par bharta hai (web ya mobile), ya "Print" karke kaagaz par bharwaya jaata hai. Inka patient-link / WhatsApp link nahi banta. Patient ghar se bhare, iske liye alag feature hai: Setup → Settings → Clinic → Patient Intake Forms.
